The purchase and/or sale of a home is one of the largest financial decisions you will ever make, yet it is something that is done, on the average, less than five times in the course of one’s lifetime. Most individuals lack of experience in the buying and selling process will result in hiring a professional, a Realtor, who will manage this transaction for them. I believe that you need more than a hard-pitched salesperson to work for you. You need someone who will take the time to listen and understand what your goals are both during and after the sale or purchase of a home. The next step is to work with you towards achieving your goals. This is accomplished through consultations, consistent communications with you throughout the transaction and a world-class level of service at all times until your goals are met.
Other agents are spending a vast majority of their time seeking new clients. I spend my time focusing on your goals and providing an excellent level of service. With this commitment and dedication, I want to be able to count on you to refer me to others for this same world-class service. I want you to be so impressed with the service you receive from me that you will want to tell friends, family and co-workers about me when they are thinking of buying or selling. My goal is to have 90% or more of my business generated through referrals of past and present clients. I cannot expect you to advocate my services until I earn your respect by meeting the standards I have set for myself as described above - and I will!
There is much more than you can imagine that will go into the selling and/or buying process. Each step is as important as the next. I have implemented systems that monitor the progress of your transaction from start to finish. The last thing I want is a surprise at the closing table. The "closing" should be a time of celebration, the time your purchase or sale goals have been met. After the closing, I focus with you on your long-term goals.
I make every effort to keep current with changes in the industry as well as in the market. I feel that each year I have made changes to improve my level of service to my clients and want to continue to learn and grow to make your future buying or selling experiences better and better. It is for this reason that in January of 2004 I made my first move to a new office - Keller Williams Realty. After much research, I found Keller Williams to be on the cutting edge of the real estate industry. They not only provide extensive on-going training to help each agent to be at the top of their game in serving the real estate needs of their clients, but they also try to meet the needs of agents with innovative and exciting programs.
